  • During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be extended by an additional 1-2 days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. You can also track your shipment directly on the Get Smart Things website under the "Track My Order" section by entering your order ID and email address.

Delivery Times

  • We strive to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our customers. We are proud to deliver your products within 7 days, ensuring you get your order quickly and hassle-free.
  • For rural or remote areas, delivery may take an additional 1-2 business days.

Missed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the shipping carrier may attempt redelivery or leave a notification with instructions for rescheduling. If the package is returned to us after repeated delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, but if your package is lost or damaged during transit, please follow these steps:
